TimeCard Calc Information

Simply enter the times punched on each employee time card directly into TimeCard Calc.  As each in and out punch is entered, TimeCard Calc will immediately and correctly round the times, apply the employee's unique rounding and overtime policies and deduct meal breaks.  Special codes like Sick or Vacation, or an alternate pay rate can be applied to a specific work period.

With TimeCard Calc, each employee's unique rounding and overtime policies, as well as the amount of time to deduct for breaks is maintained on his employee record.  These policies can vary from employee to employee, providing maximum flexibility between pay groups.

The employee time card displays all of the information on one screen; the employee's in and out punches and net hours for each day, his total regular, overtime and double time hours and gross earnings, his charge-to departments (if tracked), his miscellaneous income like tips or commissions (if tracked) and his average pay rate.

Each employee can have up to 7 clock-ins in a day, providing accurate department charge-to information.  TimeCard Calc's reports show both hours and gross earnings information by employee, department, pay period, by sick days or vacation days etc., in detail or in summary. Reports can be printed, displayed, e-mailed or exported.   Using simple menu selections, employee hours information can be passed to your in-house payroll program or outside payroll provider, like Paychex, ADP or Ceridian, without the need to re-key anything!
