TimeCard Calc Information Simply enter the times punched
on each employee time card directly into TimeCard Calc. As each in and out punch is
entered, TimeCard Calc will immediately and correctly round the times, apply the
employee's unique rounding and overtime policies and deduct meal breaks.
Special
codes like Sick or Vacation, or an alternate pay rate can be applied to a specific work
period. The
employee time card displays all of the information on
one screen; the employee's in and out punches and net hours for each day, his total
regular, overtime and double time hours and gross earnings, his charge-to departments (if
tracked), his miscellaneous income like tips or commissions (if tracked) and his average
pay rate. TimeCard
Calc is designed for efficiency and ease. Detailed on-line Help messages throughout the
software explain every step and function. Years of time card records can
be stored indefinitely and retrieved in seconds! |
